The Connected Generation project, funded by the The Big Lottery Fund, involves an exciting alliance of Credu (Powys Carers Service Ltd), Age Cymru Powys, Disability Powys, Citizens Advice Powys, and Royal Voluntary Service. Between us we are recruiting for ten posts across Powys to deliver an ambitious project that makes a significant, positive impact with Older People in Powys as well as influencing policy and practice at a national level.
6 x Outreach Workers (x 2 with Credu, Brecon & Llanfyllin), x 2 with Age Cymru Powys, x 2 with Disability Powys) £22,722 pro rata, 21 hours per week, based at home working in either North or South Powys.
